Sorting and Washing of Collected Plastics
Collected plastic materials are carefully sorted by type (e.g., PET, PP, PS, etc.) and degree of contamination. This sorting process is conducted using both manual inspection and automated machinery. Proper separation is crucial, as inadequate sorting can significantly impact the quality of recycled materials.
Once sorted, the plastics undergo a thorough washing process to remove impurities such as labels, metals, and dirt.

Primary Processing
(Shredding, Grinding, Cutting, etc.)
We process a wide range of plastic resins and shapes, including molding scraps and defective products generated at customer sites. Through shredding, grinding, and cutting, we refine materials for seamless reuse and reformation in the next stage of recycling. By tailoring our processing methods to the unique properties of each material, we ensure high-quality recycling while maximizing resource efficiency.

Pelletizing and Compounding
To optimize the performance of final products, we blend multiple resins and additives to achieve desired characteristics such as strength, flexibility, durability, or color consistency.
The blended resins are then melted at high temperatures to form a uniform material. This molten plastic is extruded into strands, cooled, and cut into uniformly sized pellets. These high-quality recycled pellets provide consistent and reliable raw materials, making them ideal for various manufacturing processes.

Manufacturing Pallets from Recycled Materials
We utilize recycled plastic pellets from our in-house recycling process to produce eco-friendly recycled pallets.
