Expansive 19,102m2 Facility
In our second factory established in 2019, expert staff possessing extensive knowledge and experience ensure that collected plastics are properly sorted and processed according to material type. The facility is also equipped with advanced shredding and pelletizing systems to process plastics into high-quality pellets, along with dedicated warehouses designed for efficient storage and inventory management.

Our factory features a spacious, open-floor design with no fixed partitions, allowing for maximum flexibility in operations. This adaptable environment enables us to handle a wide range of processing needs, ensuring seamless adjustments to constantly evolving customer demands. Three Dedicated Warehouses for MR Pellet Storage Adjacent to the Factory
Adjacent to our factory, three specialized tent warehouses are designated for storing material-recycled (MR) pellets until shipment. With an efficient management system, we ensure optimal storage conditions to maintain quality while facilitating seamless and timely shipping.

Our shredding and sorting line combines efficiency and precision, significantly increasing our processing capacity for diverse types of plastics. This advanced system enables us to transform a greater volume of materials rapidly and reliably into recyclable, high-quality resources.

Plastic Processing
Collected plastics are finely shredded using advanced shredding machines, ensuring they are processed into the ideal size and shape for the next recycling stage. At our facility, we operate 10 shredding lines, ranging from small to large-scale machines, allowing us to handle a wide variety of plastics based on their material, shape, and size. With this comprehensive equipment setup, we achieve efficient, high-quality recycling, optimizing both processing capacity and resource recovery.

Recycling Plastics into Raw Material
Pellets with 7 Pelletizing Lines
After shredding, finely ground plastic is melted at high temperatures, and impurities are removed using a screen mesh. The molten resin is then extruded into spaghetti-like strands, cooled, and precisely cut into uniform pellets using specialized blades.

Large Trucks
Expanding Our Fleet to Meet Growing Demand - Ensuring Reliable Large-Scale Plastic Collection and Transport
To enhance our logistics operations, we have introduced large trucks for in-house transportation, enabling efficient collection and transport of plastic materials. Our robust system accommodates both small and large-scale deliveries, ensuring quick and flexible responses to customer needs.

Installation of a Pit-Type Truck Scale
Our facility features a pit-type truck scale, where the weighing mechanism is embedded below ground level. This design eliminates height differences with the road surface, allowing seamless vehicle entry and ensuring efficient, accurate load measurement.
Additionally, all weighing data is centrally monitored in a control room, improving operational efficiency and accuracy. This system enhances safety, ease of operation, and streamlined management, providing a highly functional and reliable weighing solution.
